Hurley, has reinvented the ideas and tips featured in her first book, 2018's How to Love the Sh*t Out of Life, in podcast form, sharing stories of hope, joy, determination and creativity.
Topics include how to love the shit out of games, origami, sporting heroes, hip-hop and so much more. Hurley also includes bonus episodes of Hot Tips, which are beautifully personal and so helpful.
