
I never thought I would be writing about such mundane things, but here goes.
Last week I struggled with some self-discipline and this week I really want to write my wrongs. So I'm trying something a little different. I'm publicly posting my goals for the week.
Walk 20,000 steps a day
Complete 175 minutes of exercise each day (This is to hit my monthly Apple Watch Goal - walking counts)
Meal prep for the week
Engage in work and my relationships with family and friends
Find balance, do three spontaneous things that I enjoy
I will revisit at the end of the week and let you know my progress.
